Collin Raye is the new national spokesperson for the Terri Schiavo Life & Hope Network, which was established following Terri's death in 2005 by starvation and dehydration. The group is a non-profit dedicated to helping persons with disabilities, and the incapacitated who are in or potentially facing life-threatening situations. He travels the country sharing his personal story and charished music at both concert venues and prolife conferences and political events.

Collin Raye made his debut on the American country music scene in 1991 with the release of his debut album All I Can Be, which produced his first Number One hit in "Love, Me". He has since charted 16 #1 hits through the 1990's and his career includes 24 top ten hits. Raye has sold over eight million albums and has been nominated five times as country music's Male Vocalist of the Year. In 2001, he was presented with the Humanitarian of the Year award by country music legend Clint Black.

While Raye is known primarily for his country pop ballads, he is also known for dealing with social issues in his material. Hit song "Little Rock" tells of a recovering alcoholic and "What If Jesus Comes Back Like That", from his I Think About You album, is a power ballad that poses questions about the return of Jesus Christ in the modern world. In 2010 Raye wrote a song about his granddaughter who died of an undiagnosed neurological condition called, "She's with me".  He will be releasing an all new album of Catholic/Christian/Inspiration hits November 1, 2011.

Raye, a Catholic convert, has had great impact on the personal lives of people of all faiths. He talks about his #1 hit "Really not that Different" to highlight that people share much comman ground in areas of faith, life, suffering, and joy.
